How do I become a Custodian of Records?

If an agency is obtaining an ORI, everyone at the agency who will be handling the live scan results will need to get a "Custodian of Records" live scan. Complete and submit the Custodian of Records Application Form (BCIA 8374) with a copy of the live scan form. https://oag.ca.gov/fingerprints/custodian
