What should I do if the transaction was entered without the agency Billing Number?
If the live scan operator did not enter the agency Billing number from the live scan form, please call Certifix support right away at 1 (800) 710-1934. We may be able to fix it before the transaction is completed.
If the transaction is complete and the missing Billing number was noticed after the fact, please contact Certifix support and provide a copy of the live scan request form.
