If an applicant does not have a social security number, what do I enter into the Social Security field?

If the applicant does not have a social security number, leave social security field blank. 

If they do have one, but they do not want to provide it, you must let the applicant know that it can cause a rejection. 

If the requesting agency requires a social security number, we cannot perform the live scan.
