If the information on CScan when I enter the ORI isn't matching the form, would that make the ORI incorrect?

If the agency information on the Live Scan Request Form is not matching the agency information on CScan, the form may be incorrect. 

Check with Certifix 1 (800) 710-1934 before changing the information in Cscan. 

If you change this infomation unnecessarily, it may cause a rejection and come back as a "Data Error."
