It has been over a month, and my agency has not yet received the live scan results, what do I do?

If the transaction has been sent to the DOJ, we do not have control of how long the process will take. 

You can check on the status of your live scan by going to:  

The DOJ will not look into this sort of situation unless it has been more than 30 days from the date the live scan was submitted. If it has been over 30 days then you would need to contact DOJ Live Scan Applicant Support at: (916)210-3168.

Prior to 30, the applicant may still contact the live scan site to verify the information that was entered on the form.
