What do I do with the DOJ pre-approval letter?

When the onboarding site receives the Pre-approval letter, it tells them to have the "vendor" (which is us, Certifix) make a Bill of Sale and a Live Scan Connection Diagram. 

These are 2 forms that we will create an email to the site owner. We don't send them to the DOJ directly. Then the site owner needs to send them to the DOJ per the instructions in the pre-approval letter. 

(Make the Bill of Sale and Connection Diagram for the site, send it to them through HelloSign. Add today's date twice on the Connection Diagram. Then the site owner needs to add their signature and the date, then send it. Put these instructions for them to sign the forms and then send to the DOJ in the HelloSign email to them please.)
