Can my child, children, minor, minors use a school I.D. if they have no other form of identification?

The Department of Justice currently does not have anything in writing concerning the fingerprinting of minors. The age limit is 7 years of age; if an individual under 7 is live scanned, the transmission will be rejected. If the minor has a student ID – you could use that for identification. Otherwise, the verbal confirmation from the parent/guardian (that has a valid ID) is approved by the DOJ. This info directly from DOJ
