CScan is not letting me continue to the next finger, how can I get it to work?

If CScan is not allowing you to proceed to the next finger, ensure that you have captured the print and there are no warning messages. If you are still unable to capture a print, Save and Exit the transaction, then restart CScan. If this does not work, please contact the Certifix Support team at 1 (800) 710-1934.
