I processed a record review several weeks ago and I still haven't received my results. How can I fix this?

You will need to contact: recordreview@doj.ca.gov, or Record Review Information at: (916) 227-3835 with your name and ATI.  

In the event that there might have been a problem with your address, the staff at the record review unit will need your address confirmed along with a utility bill that shows that address and your name. 

Normal processing time is 3-10 business days, up to 2 weeks depending on the information contained in the report.
